We are a distribution partner, not a transactional buyer. We purchase in volume and we hold our own stock. Because we carry the inventory ourselves, we can commit to firm quantities and take delivery cleanly: no consignment terms, no sale or return, and no stock sitting in your warehouse waiting on someone else’s sell-through. Nagel Commerce Ltd is a VAT registered UK company, which keeps invoicing and reclaim straightforward on both sides.
When we work with a brand, we know the brand itself is the asset, not just the stock. We sell through our own channels rather than wholesaling stock on, we respect the pricing you set, and we handle the fulfilment, customer service and returns ourselves so problems never land back with you.

Stock reaches us through two routes: UK suppliers on our doorstep, and distribution partners across Europe. Both run back to the same place.
The core of what we buy comes from UK wholesalers, distributors and brand owners. It is where we are strongest, where our logistics are quickest, and where we are actively looking to open more accounts.
If you supply from the UK, we are a straightforward account to open and an easy one to keep. We buy outright, we take delivery cleanly, and we come back and order again.
We also work with distributors across Europe's major markets, which widens the range we can offer and keeps our buying competitive when domestic supply is tight.
Whichever market stock comes from, it routes back to Newcastle upon Tyne, where it is received, checked and moved on through our channels.
